ROOSTER
Rooster’s a ’71 type 2 VW Dormobile camper conversion.
Originally, the vehicle was powered by a 1.6litre engine but we’ve
updated this to a more powerful 2litre to cope with the local hills
which it now does more than adequately. The vehicle has a top speed
of about 65-mph. Rooster’s a 4 berth (1 double & 2 single
bunks).
To improve on comfort and versatility we've updated Roosters interior which
now includes rear privacy glass a new gas cooker/grill, new sink with electric
water pump and a new fridge/freezer. Rooster also benefits from re-upholstery,
laminated fooring and new factory made cupboard and storage space. We supply
the vehicle with a small colour tv and large drive-away awning.

You will need sleeping bags and pillows or we can provide bedding
for a small surcharge.
Drive-away awning.
The awnings have separate ground sheets and are supplied
with a foldaway table and chairs. Awnings provide valuable extra space
for the longer break and can also double up as a separate sleeping
area.
