Driver Information and Age Restrictions
To hire from North Coast Campers and for insurance purposes you must be between 25 and 65 years old and you must have held a UK driving licence for at least a year. Additionally a degree of competence is needed in driving a larger vehicle (such as our type 25s which may weigh 2 ¼ tons when fully loaded).
As our vehicles are VW Classics they need to be treated with respect, take it slow and they will get you there.

Booking Information
Upon booking a £100 deposit is needed as confirmation. Final payment is required 2 weeks prior to hire. A fully refundable security deposit of £500 is also needed and should be paid before or on the day of hire. We can accept payment by Cheque or cash (security deposit).

Availability
Please call or email us for details of available dates. Please state you preferred dates when calling or making a booking enquiry by email.
Vehicles will be available at 12 noon on the first day of hire and must be returned by 12 noon on the last day of hire at this point the vehicle and equipment are checked for damage and your security deposit refunded as appropriate.

Services
We are able to provide a secure storage area for your own vehicle when you are on hire with North Coast Campers. Alternatively, and for a negotiable fee we are able to collect you from Newquay, Plymouth or Exeter Airports or from local train stations.

Breakdown and Cover
We are fully covered with the AA for breakdown assistance.
Should one of our vehicles become unserviceable during the hire period we will refund the remaining days or transfer you to another one of our vehicles if possible.

Geographical Area and Security
Our vehicles are intended for use in Devon and Cornwall only and as such are fitted with the latest tracker devices to ensure mutual security.
